Last day of my trip so let’s start with the initial walk in. This location is about 3/4 of a mile from the strip. I walked in around 1:30 pm and the concierge checked me in and got me to my room. Great for a first time experience. So the casino had tons of games a Hooters, Steak n Shake, and few other restaurants. The room was in better condition than the previous 4star hotel room I stayed in. The room itself was clean, well lit, but no coffee maker or fridge. The elevator buttons were not working on my floor but they did have staff inside the elevators working to help get you there. The price on this place was phenomenal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was exactly where I was looking for. If you set your expectations low this establishment is great. I would highly recommend.
The OYO Hotel is a solid, budget-friendly option in Las Vegas, especially if you’re in town for a quick work trip or conference nearby. It’s conveniently located just off the Strip, which makes it easy to get around without being right in the middle of the chaos. The hotel has a laid-back vibe, and while it’s not as flashy as some of the bigger resorts, it still has everything you need—clean rooms, friendly staff, and a decent casino floor. There are a couple of casual restaurants and bars on-site, which makes grabbing a bite or drink super convenient. Plus, the pool is surprisingly spacious for the price point. Great value if you’re looking for something comfortable without breaking the bank.
Great expedience especially at the bar area , super friendly staff. Great time at the floor blackjack, crab tables, and roulette. Overall a great experience. Charlene Marieta Jasmyn as well.
Great customer service at bars and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping strip. Room service took about an hour to bring water and clean towels. Carlos bartender was amazing. Charlene at underground has exceptional customer service care. Prices are great. Would stay again
Read the reviews before staying wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean our room was. Our hotel was pretty quiet. Parking was very close to the door every time. Didn't have to wait long for the elevator. Rooms were pretty good sized. And the A/C and heater worked pretty fast. I would stay here again. Cons were the bathroom sink drained very slow and there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap only one bar of handsoap. I had come prepared with our own restroom supplies so it didn't bother us much.
It's directly across the street from MGM Grand, which has it's own monorail stop. Short walk across the street really. Oyo was a hidden gem with that 1 blackjack. But really Murphy on the roulette table was the real hidden gem. She was hilarious and a joy. Thanks Murphy!
My boyfriend Nick and i stayed one night. We got in late and the front desk staff was very accommodating. 3 out of 4 of the elevators were out of service and in repair but there was never a wait and the staff in the elevator were very nice. We had to cut our stay short and they completely refunded us for the nights we did not stay! Excellent service.
Staff was excellent. My kid turned 21 today and won 96 on the 1 Black Jack table. Fun times!
